I teach both traditional Hatha classes as well as Vinyasa flow classes depending on your needs and preferences.

No matter the style, my classes are always focused on mindfulness and awareness throughout, learning to use yoga as a form of moving meditation. Learn to find peace through a deep understanding and unity of the body and mind.

Meditation

The multitude of benefits from practicing regular mediation are no secret. Thousands of studies have proven that meditation can positively impact mental and physical health.

Meditation reduces stress and anxiety, calms the nervous system, improves sleep, lengthens our attention span as well as promoting emotional health and self-awareness.

Meditation is the practice of attaining awareness of your own thoughts. It is usually practiced sitting with a straight spine (although this doesn’t mean like a pretzel on the floor!), with the eyes closed and different techniques can be used to observe the thoughts.
