This class is an all levels Hatha/Vinyasa fusion class.
This class is focused on mindfulness and awareness throughout, learning to use yoga as a form of moving meditation. Gentle, relaxing and made to unify body and mind, Hatha Yoga combines asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and dhyana (meditation) to calm the nervous system, relax the body and stretch you out.
